It is really hard to find a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients the way he does. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and never rushed through anything. You can just tell he loves what he does and wants the best for every person who walks through that door. After the procedure, I went home and took a four hour nap. When I woke up and opened my eyes, I could see. Not just kind of see, but really see. I actually cried. It is such an emotional feeling to open your eyes and not reach for your glasses out of habit. I do not have to worry about whether I remembered them or where I set them down. I do not have to worry about struggling to see while driving at night. It feels like a whole new world. It is also a huge relief to not have to worry about my glasses anymore. As a parent and a college student, I am constantly on the go. I already have so much to think about, and just knowing I do not have to stress about my vision every day or in urgent situations is unbelievable. It is one less thing weighing on me, and that freedom is something I cannot put into words. The office itself is super modern and high tech! You go through a series of exams prior to seeing Dr. Vrabec, and it was easy peasy! His staff is beyond knowledgeable! Once I met with the Dr., it was determined that I needed cataract surgery—-and he assured me it was not bad. I schedule the surgery with Diana, and wow, she was so assuring and easy to work with. Once I scheduled it, I got to his office and the surgery was done in less than 5 minutes! No IV’s, no surgery center- all in his office and in an out in just a couple hours! Dr. Vrabec is an amazing surgeon, and his staff is top notch! He listens to your concerns and reassures you that everything is fine!
