But from the moment we arrived, the staff made a lasting impression. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional, and the woman working at the front desk made things feel so easy. She was approachable, patient, and had a genuinely welcoming attitude that made the whole visit feel comfortable. Even though I wasn’t the one being seen, I left feeling like I had been treated with just as much care. Easily one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had in a medical office.

I felt no pain at all during or afterwards. I was so amazed at how much better I could see. I now have 20/20 vision for my nearsightedness and all I have to get is progressive lenses so I can read and that's it. Dr.Vrabec came across as a consummate professional. He puts his patients at ease by constant feedback during surgery. Nowadays physicians don't spend time in conversing with their patients. It is... read more up to the patients to have a list of their concerns ready when they sit down with their doctor. Dr. Vrabec answers all of his patients concerns, very respectfully, he obviously comes from a good stock. I noticed something different about the support staff, they volunteer to take care of items assigned to their colleagues but there in lies an opportunity for improvement _ sometimes wires get crossed with negatively impacting customer care.
