Dr. Vrabec answers all of his patients concerns, very respectfully, he obviously comes from a good stock. I noticed something different about the support staff, they volunteer to take care of items assigned to their colleagues but there in lies an opportunity for improvement _ sometimes wires get crossed with negatively impacting customer care.

I was skeptical for years and very anxious, but from the initial evaluation visit and just talking with Dr. Vrabec, it made me feel much more at ease and I knew I was making the right decision. The surgical center is beautiful, and the “spa” waiting area is a very calming environment with reclining massage chairs to relax in prior to the surgery and right after as well. The entire staff was amazing, from the moment I was greeted at the reception desk, to the surgical team throughout the surgery process, and post-op. They all made me feel welcome and helped to ease the anxiety. Everyone really seems to enjoy what they do and very eager to help. It has truly been life changing to not have to worry about the hassles that comes with wearing glasses. Not to mention I now have better than 20/20 vision! I felt extremely confident moving forward with the prescription they got and felt very safe with all the measurements they took during the exam. The ICL surgery itself was a good experience. I felt very calm. They had a tranquil atmosphere while the meds kicked in, and Dr. Vrabec took the time to tell me each step of the surgery as it was happening which made me comfortable. I am used to high level of professional health care and this was definitely at that level. Overall, this practice is top notch, efficient, and friendly.
