The surgical center is beautiful, and the “spa” waiting area is a very calming environment with reclining massage chairs to relax in prior to the surgery and right after as well. The entire staff was amazing, from the moment I was greeted at the reception desk, to the surgical team throughout the surgery process, and post-op. They all made me feel welcome and helped to ease the anxiety. Everyone really seems to enjoy what they do and very eager to help. You go through a series of exams prior to seeing Dr. Vrabec, and it was easy peasy! His staff is beyond knowledgeable! Once I met with the Dr., it was determined that I needed cataract surgery—-and he assured me it was not bad. I schedule the surgery with Diana, and wow, she was so assuring and easy to work with. Once I scheduled it, I got to his office and the surgery was done in less than 5 minutes! No IV’s, no surgery center- all in his office and in an out in just a couple hours! I felt extremely confident moving forward with the prescription they got and felt very safe with all the measurements they took during the exam. The ICL surgery itself was a good experience. I felt very calm. They had a tranquil atmosphere while the meds kicked in, and Dr. Vrabec took the time to tell me each step of the surgery as it was happening which made me comfortable. I am used to high level of professional health care and this was definitely at that level. Overall, this practice is top notch, efficient, and friendly. I now have 20/15 vision and couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Clear Vision Center to anyone.
