Dr. Vrabec answers all of his patients concerns, very respectfully, he obviously comes from a good stock. I noticed something different about the support staff, they volunteer to take care of items assigned to their colleagues but there in lies an opportunity for improvement _ sometimes wires get crossed with negatively impacting customer care.
