I was skeptical for years and very anxious, but from the initial evaluation visit and just talking with Dr. Vrabec, it made me feel much more at ease and I knew I was making the right decision. The surgical center is beautiful, and the “spa” waiting area is a very calming environment with reclining massage chairs to relax in prior to the surgery and right after as well. The entire staff was amazing, from the moment I was greeted at the reception desk, to the surgical team throughout the surgery process, and post-op. They all made me feel welcome and helped to ease the anxiety. Everyone really seems to enjoy what they do and very eager to help.
