Dr. Vrabec answers all of his patients concerns, very respectfully, he obviously comes from a good stock. I noticed something different about the support staff, they volunteer to take care of items assigned to their colleagues but there in lies an opportunity for improvement _ sometimes wires get crossed with negatively impacting customer care.

I was skeptical for years and very anxious, but from the initial evaluation visit and just talking with Dr. Vrabec, it made me feel much more at ease and I knew I was making the right decision. The surgical center is beautiful, and the “spa” waiting area is a very calming environment with reclining massage chairs to relax in prior to the surgery and right after as well. The entire staff was amazing, from the moment I was greeted at the reception desk, to the surgical team throughout the surgery process, and post-op. They all made me feel welcome and helped to ease the anxiety. Everyone really seems to enjoy what they do and very eager to help. It has truly been life changing to not have to worry about the hassles that comes with wearing glasses. Not to mention I now have better than 20/20 vision! You go through a series of exams prior to seeing Dr. Vrabec, and it was easy peasy! His staff is beyond knowledgeable! Once I met with the Dr., it was determined that I needed cataract surgery—-and he assured me it was not bad. I schedule the surgery with Diana, and wow, she was so assuring and easy to work with. Once I scheduled it, I got to his office and the surgery was done in less than 5 minutes! No IV’s, no surgery center- all in his office and in an out in just a couple hours! Dr. Vrabec is an amazing surgeon, and his staff is top notch! He listens to your concerns and reassures you that everything is fine! From the inquiry call, evaluation exam and meeting with Dr. Vrabec, I got information and confidence to move forward with the eye surgery and treatment plan. The results for me were exciting and life changing. What a great joy to see detail and color once again. I have issues with allergies. Dr. Vrabec and his staff were sensitive and compassionate answering my questions and addressing my concerns, and worked out a solution that proved successful. The office is efficiently setup and the surgical area is very comfortable, quiet, and calming. Dr. Vrabec communicates every step during the surgery to let me know what he was doing. Dr. Vrabec and the Clear Vision Center is definitely a practice that produced an excellent surgical result for me but also has a “clear vision” to best accommodate and work with patients in their care.
