Everyone on the team has always been super friendly. Dr Vrabac is fantastic, and approachable. Dr Heim and Dr Seros are awesome. Both have spent extra time with me assuring my eyes are ok and that my prescription is correct. I’ve been to other places and they’ve not been able to dial in my prescription. My annual must fall around their budget spend and there’s always a new piece of gear showing up. They recently got a new eye scanner that has unbelievable resolution, something like 2 micrometers. The view of the eye, its structure and veins is phenomenal. Last year it was a laser scanner, and target device to help find dead spots in your vision. These tools provide the doctors more detailed information so they are better informed to take care of you. Modern office with forward thinking. Highly recommend.

The consultation is free and they really take their time running all sorts of tests and explaining the pros and cons of the different surgeries to you and why people might choose one or the other. they spent over an hour running tests and measurements on my eyes before they told me what was best. The actual surgery was quick and painless and not stressful in the slightest. They have you relax in heated massage chairs before and after. They give you all the eye drops you need, both medicated and regular. They provide you with the sunglasses and sleep glasses and it's all included in the cost of the surgery, no going to the pharmacy after with a list of things to buy. The recovery is not painless and don't let anyone tell you otherwise, they are honest here and give you vallium and tell you to sleep through the discomfort afterwards. I couldn't sleep more than a couple hours but the eye drops and keeping everything dark helped. After about 6 hours my eyes were fine, just sensitive. I had my next day follow up this morning and my eyes are already doing pretty great and they said they will continue to improve over the next week. I have no issues with my closeup vision as the surgery only affects distance, my distance vision is already almost 20/20 and I was able to drive to work and work at my computer just fine. I have my sunglasses with me in case my eyes start to get tired.

Surgery and recovery was little over an hour. I couldn't believe how well I could see the very next day! I chose advanced lenses, and I absolutely love, not fumbling with glasses. Dr. Vrabec answers all of his patients concerns, very respectfully, he obviously comes from a good stock. I noticed something different about the support staff, they volunteer to take care of items assigned to their colleagues but there in lies an opportunity for improvement _ sometimes wires get crossed with negatively impacting customer care.

I felt very calm. They had a tranquil atmosphere while the meds kicked in, and Dr. Vrabec took the time to tell me each step of the surgery as it was happening which made me comfortable.
