You go through a series of exams prior to seeing Dr. Vrabec, and it was easy peasy! His staff is beyond knowledgeable! Once I met with the Dr., it was determined that I needed cataract surgery—-and he assured me it was not bad. I schedule the surgery with Diana, and wow, she was so assuring and easy to work with. Once I scheduled it, I got to his office and the surgery was done in less than 5 minutes! No IV’s, no surgery center- all in his office and in an out in just a couple hours! Dr. Vrabec is an amazing surgeon, and his staff is top notch! He listens to your concerns and reassures you that everything is fine! During my Lasik procedure Dr. Vrabec continued to explain the steps of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. After my surgery was complete Dr. Vrabec kept a close eye on my healing process to ensure I was comfortable, and my eyes were healing as they should. But doctor vrabec Was extra gentle and gave me what he said was mass doses of numbing drops. Approximately five times with the normal person would need. My site in that I was almost 2020 immediately after the surgery. But because my prescription for my eyes was so strong., Because my eyes were so bad. I was not able to drive myself to the check up appointment the next morning. I was able to get a ride and once I was there, he felt great concerned that I was not able to drive, and set me up with a contact lens for the left eye which greatly! Improve my vision to be able to actually grab a door knob since where I’m stepping, and where the floor or stairs were at. He takes great care and trying to make you comfortable, and happy. I went back one week later to have surgery done on the left eye. Which they gave me the same relaxer before surgery that they did the first time and found that my body does not metabolize it somehow. So they gave me a different pill, which kind of put me out there in La La Land and I felt very comfortable this time going into surgery. While in surgery, I did not feel a thing except for a little bit of fluid running down the left side of my cheek, and again after the surgery that I was about 2020. And the next day when I had my check up, I was actually able to drive myself. I felt very comfortable being able to use stairs driving or whatever I needed to do for my personal self. I will highly recommend Doctor Vrabec To anyone that was considering cataract removal along with upgraded lens installed. I’ve been as blind as a bat since I can remember when I was in kindergarten. I am two days out of surgery on the left, which was the second eye, and I am amazed! At how well I can see. I do feel I probably will need readers forextremely short distance, but my vision is at least 1000 times better than it was. so if you think you need a new pair of glasses, ask your optometrist what they feel about a cataract in your eye, that is how mine all started. My optometrist hooked me up with Doctor Vrabec and his team. And now, unfortunately, I won’t have to go back to see her for a pair of glasses. All of the team at the Clear Vision Center are extremely professional, courteous, and go the extra mile for your well-being and make you feel comfortable. If you think you need corrective eye surgery, I think you would be missing out if you didn’t at least schedule a consultation visit with the Clear Vision Center.

I have two very different eyes... read more with a very dominate right eye and have been wearing contact lenses for at least for at least 25 years. I asked lots of questions and did some reading on my own and finally decided to go with the extended depth of focus IOLs. I was looking forward to no longer needing contact lenses after the surgery. It cost more but my vision now in both eyes is excellent. I think possibly even better than before. When driving distance focus is sharp and also the instrument cluster and all the dashboard controls are clear and sharp without glasses. I only use readers now for close up work like reading. The surgery was painless and did not take long. I can recommend Dr Vrabec and staff at Clear Vision without reservation.

On the day of the surgery, I felt very anxious, but Dr. Vrabec came into the preparation area and talked with me which brought me comfort. Dr. Vrabec has a state-of-the-art surgical center. The pre-op area offers relaxing massage chairs and a calming environment. He and his staff will make you feel at ease. They truly are professionals. The surgery seemed like it was over in just minutes. I had no pain and felt at ease. I left the surgery center with no heavy patches over my eye – just a pair of dark glasses because my eyes were dilated. All of that anxiety was something that my mind created because of the unknown, but in reality, it was really a comfortable experience. While he was doing the procedure, I was awake and was following his calming voice directions. The next morning, I had my follow-up appointment. He checked my eyes and let me know that I had achieved 20/20 vision in my left eye. I went from complete blurred vision to crystal clear vision in less than 24 hours. Truly remarkable! A few months later, I had the same procedure done on my right eye with the same results – 20/20 vision and no more glasses for my far vision!
