I have been told for many years I was not a candidate for contacts, laser, lasik or other corrective measures. This all changed recently. I am only three days out from surgery on both eyes and I am discos new world ! I can read, see things at a distance and close up, with no clouding. And I have yet to have them actually fine tuned ! I would highly recommend the Clear Vision Center and Dr Vrabec to anyone with eye issues. I even spoke with other eye centers and doctors, and they recommended him! You go through a series of exams prior to seeing Dr. Vrabec, and it was easy peasy! His staff is beyond knowledgeable! Once I met with the Dr., it was determined that I needed cataract surgery—-and he assured me it was not bad. I schedule the surgery with Diana, and wow, she was so assuring and easy to work with. Once I scheduled it, I got to his office and the surgery was done in less than 5 minutes! No IV’s, no surgery center- all in his office and in an out in just a couple hours! Dr. Vrabec is an amazing surgeon, and his staff is top notch! He listens to your concerns and reassures you that everything is fine! Everyone of his staff members is... read more very patient, and friendly, willing to take the time to answer all of your questions to give you the most comfort in understanding your procedure from beginning to end. Surgeries are performed right in the office helping streamline scheduling and minimizing patient stress. My personal issue was cataracts in both eyes. The staffs expertise and the technology CLEAR VISION CENTER was able to provide to me narrowed down my best options and within 2 WEEKS (individual cases may vary) I was through surgery in both eyes and seeing amazing! I went from not being able to get a new vision script and struggling to drive, or see my phone, to having better than 20/20 vision! The best way I can explain the change is seeing things in High Definition (think old tv to new) The clarity is truly perfect. Also, the surgery was literally pain free , which I really didn't expect. The hardest part of the whole procedure was staring at the surgery light for about 10-15 minutes. I have already referred 2 family and friends to Dr. Vrabec, in hopes they don't wait longer to enjoy their vision again. I was skeptical for years and very anxious, but from the initial evaluation visit and just talking with Dr. Vrabec, it made me feel much more at ease and I knew I was making the right decision. The surgical center is beautiful, and the “spa” waiting area is a very calming environment with reclining massage chairs to relax in prior to the surgery and right after as well. The entire staff was amazing, from the moment I was greeted at the reception desk, to the surgical team throughout the surgery process, and post-op. They all made me feel welcome and helped to ease the anxiety. Everyone really seems to enjoy what they do and very eager to help. It has truly been life changing to not have to worry about the hassles that comes with wearing glasses. Not to mention I now have better than 20/20 vision!
