But from the moment we arrived, the staff made a lasting impression. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional, and the woman working at the front desk made things feel so easy. She was approachable, patient, and had a genuinely welcoming attitude that made the whole visit feel comfortable. Even though I wasn’t the one being seen, I left feeling like I had been treated with just as much care. Easily one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had in a medical office.

Best service best staff

A very positive experience. I was apprehensive but the staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Vrabeck has a calming mannerism that puts you at ease.

Dr.Vrabec came across as a consummate professional. He puts his patients at ease by constant feedback during surgery. Nowadays physicians don't spend time in conversing with their patients. Dr. Vrabec answers all of his patients concerns, very respectfully, he obviously comes from a good stock. I noticed something different about the support staff, they volunteer to take care of items assigned to their colleagues but there in lies an opportunity for improvement _ sometimes wires get crossed with negatively impacting customer care.

Seen another doctor, Dr.Seros although Dr. Vrasbec did my surgery years ago. She was professional and explained the process and findings in my terms. Gave me excellent suggestions. I... read more chose to use this doctor office although my new insurance is not covering this office. That tells you how much I trust this Doctor. The front desk is also friendly and informative. Recommending this practice to friends, family and coworkers.

There is Dr. Vrabec and everyone else. Great doc and staff is absolutely excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
