The surgical center is beautiful, and the “spa” waiting area is a very calming environment with reclining massage chairs to relax in prior to the surgery and right after as well. The entire staff was amazing, from the moment I was greeted at the reception desk, to the surgical team throughout the surgery process, and post-op. They all made me feel welcome and helped to ease the anxiety. Everyone really seems to enjoy what they do and very eager to help. It has truly been life changing to not have to worry about the hassles that comes with wearing glasses. Not to mention I now have better than 20/20 vision! Dr. Vrabec answers all of his patients concerns, very respectfully, he obviously comes from a good stock. I noticed something different about the support staff, they volunteer to take care of items assigned to their colleagues but there in lies an opportunity for improvement _ sometimes wires get crossed with negatively impacting customer care.

Dr Vrabec is a very kind, knowledgeable, thorough, Dr. He explains things well and is very encouraging even when numbers aren’t what they should be.
