Dr. Vrabec answers all of his patients concerns, very respectfully, he obviously comes from a good stock. I noticed something different about the support staff, they volunteer to take care of items assigned to their colleagues but there in lies an opportunity for improvement _ sometimes wires get crossed with negatively impacting customer care.

Aftercompleting the testing. I had to sit and think about it before I committed to having the cataract surgery, I was told that the testing was good for six months however, when I went to make the appointment four months later, they told me I had to redo the testing due to a new government rule. I asked if I would be grandfathered in and they said no, I would have to complete the testing again before having the surgery scheduled. I immediately got off the phone with them and did a Google search and five minutes later was on the phone with Clear Vision. I am so happy I chose to go to this office with Dr Vtabec and his staff. From the first moment I felt like a person and not just a number the whole staff is extremely caring, attentive and knowledgeable and I never felt rushed to make any decisions When I had told him of my previous experience and about the new government law requiring less than four months lapsing between testing and surgery, they had never heard of that. And the icing on the cake this whole procedure was going to be $1300 less than where I was originally scheduled to go. Eyes are so important and I am extremely thankful that i found Clear Vision amd would recommend them to anyone seeking help with eye surgery.

Surgeries are performed right in the office helping streamline scheduling and minimizing patient stress. My personal issue was cataracts in both eyes. The staffs expertise and the technology CLEAR VISION CENTER was able to provide to me narrowed down my best options and within 2 WEEKS (individual cases may vary) I was through surgery in both eyes and seeing amazing! I went from not being able to get a new vision script and struggling to drive, or see my phone, to having better than 20/20 vision! The best way I can explain the change is seeing things in High Definition (think old tv to new) The clarity is truly perfect. Also, the surgery was literally pain free , which I really didn't expect. The hardest part of the whole procedure was staring at the surgery light for about 10-15 minutes. I have already referred 2 family and friends to Dr. Vrabec, in hopes they don't wait longer to enjoy their vision again. Everyone on the team has always been super friendly. Dr Vrabac is fantastic, and approachable. Dr Heim and Dr Seros are awesome. Both have spent extra time with me assuring my eyes are ok and that my prescription is correct. I’ve been to other places and they’ve not been able to dial in my prescription. My annual must fall around their budget spend and there’s always a new piece of gear showing up. They recently got a new eye scanner that has unbelievable resolution, something like 2 micrometers. The view of the eye, its structure and veins is phenomenal. Last year it was a laser scanner, and target device to help find dead spots in your vision. These tools provide the doctors more detailed information so they are better informed to take care of you. Modern office with forward thinking. Highly recommend.
