My eyes are healing nicely, and I barely feel that scratchy feeling. I was so happy when I learned that I didn’t have to go to a surgical facility, which only adds stress and time. I’ve been to at least 3 different ophthalmologist’s offices over the past few years. When I say that Clear Vision has state of the art equipment, I know what I am talking about. From my very first appointment, I knew I was in great hands. Dr. Vrabec is very skilled in his field. From his high tech equipment to his surgical capabilities. Added bonus, this doesn’t mean that you will pay less by going somewhere else. Also, he listens to you, takes his time explaining what you need to know, and has a wonderful bedside manner. His entire staff also carry the same disposition. I loved the fact that as he performed my surgery, he explained to me step by step what he was doing. I was somewhat sedated and my eyes numbed very well. I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. I was relaxed and knew that I was in good hands. With any type of eye surgery, you will feel a little pressure or cool liquids. For that matter, he kept me calm by telling me just prior to feeling what is to be expected. I was skeptical for years and very anxious, but from the initial evaluation visit and just talking with Dr. Vrabec, it made me feel much more at ease and I knew I was making the right decision. The surgical center is beautiful, and the “spa” waiting area is a very calming environment with reclining massage chairs to relax in prior to the surgery and right after as well. The entire staff was amazing, from the moment I was greeted at the reception desk, to the surgical team throughout the surgery process, and post-op. They all made me feel welcome and helped to ease the anxiety. Everyone really seems to enjoy what they do and very eager to help. It has truly been life changing to not have to worry about the hassles that comes with wearing glasses. Not to mention I now have better than 20/20 vision!
